By taking part in the 30/30 Sportive you have given permission for the 30/30 Sportive, Only Fools & Donkeys and Les Bourgs Hospice to use your likeness in the form of photographs for promotional purposes without notification.

You understand and agree that your admission and participation in this event is conditional upon the following and that you confirm that:

- You are aware that cycling, and in particular road cycling, involves the possibility of injury or death.
- You understand that all applicable rules for participation must be followed and that SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY AND THAT OF ANY OTHER RIDERS YOU REGISTER ON BEHALF OF REMAINS WITH YOU, including your physical and emotional preparation and fitness to participate in this challenge.
- You are aware that this event is being held on OPEN PUBLIC roads and the organisers cannot be held responsible for actions, accidents or incidents caused by other road users.
- You undertake and agree to remove yourself or anyone on whose behalf you registered from participation if you sense or observe any unusual hazard or unsafe condition, or if, during the event you feel unable or unfit to safely continue for any reason.
- You give a FULL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have, or may have in the future, against the organisers of the 30/30 Sportive for any loss, damage, injury or expense that you may suffer as a result of your participation in any part, or parts of this event or your presence at any venue at which the event may take place, due to any cause whatsoever including any form of negligence.
- You understand that the rules of the Highway Code MUST BE FOLLOWED at all times.
- You are aware that road awareness and safety of yourself and other road users MUST BE YOUR PRIMARY CONCERN at all times.
- You understand it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and mentally fit to take part in this event , if you suffer from any medical condition or illness that may affect your fitness or ability to take part, it is your personal choice and the organisers accept NO LIABILITY for exacerbating your condition(s) or any ill affects you may suffer during or after the event.
